Richy Womack was born and raised in Colorado City.  He graduated from Angelo State University in 1989.  He began his banking career at City National Bank in 1993 and served as Senior Vice President and Cashier until January 2021.  Richy now serves as President of the Colorado City location and Cashier.  He has also been on the Bank’s Board of Directors since November 2014.  Richy and his wife, Jody, have 3 daughters, Ramzi, Huntyr and Talyn, and 1 son, Kazdyn.  The Womack’s have been blessed with 2 grandsons – Spade and Brazos.

Mary Alice grew up in Colorado City.  She has been with the City National Bank since 1994 and now serves as Senior Vice President and the bank’s Internal Auditor and Compliance Officer.  She and her husband, Willie, have two sons – Will and Adam.  Mary Alice is a member of The Colorado City Rotary Club, St. Ann’s Catholic Church, and is a Christmas in Action Board Member.  Mary Alice enjoys traveling and visiting museums.

Shyanne Scholl may be new to West Texas, but she isn’t new to the banking world.  With a flexible, adaptable attitude, she likes to try new things and help improve experiences for customers and employees alike.  Shyanne brings an education in Business Administration as well as business experience from the many industries but flourishing in banking.

When Shyanne finds free time, she spends it with her family. Whether participating in activities with their kids and livestock, cheering the kids on from the sidelines at their sporting events, or engaging in community activities to support those around her, Shyanne and her husband, Jared, are fortunate to find a slow moment every now and again

Jason was raised in the panhandle town of Littlefield, TX. After graduating from Wayland Baptist University, he spent 18 years in the banking industry. Jason has been married to his wife Rachel since 2010. They have three children, a son named Max and two daughters named Sophia and Teddye. Outside of work, Jason enjoys hunting, playing golf, and coaching his kids’ basketball teams. 

Julie Rodriquez has been employed with the bank since 1989 when she was hired as a new account representative.  Julie has over 38 years in banking experience.  She has been in her current position as loan officer since 2004.  Julie was born and raised in Colorado City, TX.  She and her husband, Tommy, have been married since 1992.  They have three children: Jennifer and son-in-law Jack, Jason and Jose Cruz.  In her spare time, Julie enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family.

Diana began working at City National Bank in 1981.  She has worked in various departments over the years – bookkeeping, teller, loan department, and most currently the trust department (for the last 18 years).  For her, it has been exciting to watch the changes in banking as programs have advanced.  She looks forward to the new venture as the bank grows into San Angelo.  Diana is married to Kregg.  The couple raise Red Angus cattle and enjoy gardening in the summer months.  It makes her heart happy to spend time with each of her 9 grandchildren.  Diana and Kregg attend First United Methodist Church in Sterling City.  Their lives are full, and they have been blessed to be able to contribute to their community.

Monica Martinez is from Colorado City, TX and has attended Western Texas College and Howard College. She has worked for the bank since 2006. She is married to Frank Martinez, and they have two children, Morgan and Trey. In her spare time, she enjoys family time and watching her kids play sports, as they are very involved. As a family, they enjoy movies, outdoor activities, and playing games together.

Crestina was born and raised in Loraine, TX and graduated from Loraine ISD.  She has been employed at CNB for over 13 years and has enjoyed working with an outstanding group of people which she considers her family.  She has been married for over 29 ½ years to Johnny, and they have two adult children, Ryan and Emily.  Her two beautiful grandchildren, Tristan and Easton, are truly the LOVE and JOY of her life.

Audelia Rivera Martinez was born and raised in Colorado City, TX.   She graduated Top 5 in her class from Colorado High School in 1987.  Immediately, she went to work in the grocery business.  She started off as a cashier/bagger and worked her way up to scanning coordinator.  She remained there for 31 years before coming to work at City National Bank in 2019.  She is married to Raymond Martinez, and they have a daughter, Anaya. Audy loves playing with her daughter, family outings, swimming, and spending time with her mom and family.

Iris Vasquez has lived in Colorado City her whole life. She has worked in the food service industry since she graduated in 2017. Iris joined City National Bank in March of 2022. She loves seeing customers every day. Her world revolves around her two beautiful boys, Easton and Daven. If Iris is not at work, she is spending her free time outside with her family.

Toni Gonzales has been at the bank since 2012.  She moved to Texas from Colorado in 2011.  She married Macario Gonzales in July 2019.  Toni has one son, two step daughters, and a step son.  In her free time, she likes spending time with her family.  They enjoy the lake and just being together doing outdoor activities.

A native of Early, Texas, Monica moved to Abilene during high school, where she graduated from Cooper High School before attending Cisco College and McMurry University. She began her banking career while in college and has since built more than 30 years of experience in retail banking and lending, serving customers and communities throughout the region. Monica and her husband, Sean, have been married since 2001 and are the proud parents of their 17-year-old son, Brady. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on Brady at his baseball games, spending time with their four rescue dogs, and making the most of every opportunity to relax at the lake.

Karen was raised in Sweetwater, Texas, and graduated from Angelo State University in 2007 with a degree in Finance with a Real Estate Option.  She joined City National Bank in June 2026 and has more than 20 years of experience in the Real Estate/Mortgage industry. Karen has been married to her husband, Clint, since 2007, and together they have two children, Caden and Kamryn.  Outside of work, Karen enjoys spending quality time with her family, reading, traveling, and supporting her children by cheering them on at their many activities and events. 

Originally from the beautiful Texas Hill Country, Charyli learned early on the value of community, hard work, and building meaningful relationships. After relocating to Abilene, Tx, she continued pursuing her passion for helping others through a career in banking, where she has proudly served customers for over 12 years. What keeps her grounded is time spent with her husband, Brandon, whether they’re out on the lake fishing, or just relaxing at home with their three fur babies. Charyli also cherishes time with family and close friends.

Shay attended Valdosta State University and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 1995. She moved to Abilene in 1997 and married her husband Lee in 2005. Shay found her passion for banking, assisting customers with their financial needs, and has over 28 years of experience in the industry. In her spare time, she loves to travel and spend time with close friends.   

Matraca began her banking career shortly after moving to Texas in 2018. She is also currently working toward her bachelor’s degree at Arizona State University. At home, Matraca and her spouse, Courtney, love raising their four children: Piper, Easton, Savvi, and Sailor. Outside of work, you will usually find her cheering Easton on at his sporting events, keeping up with a toddler and a baby, or enjoying the outdoors with her family. Matraca deeply values family, hard work, and helping others, and she strives to bring those qualities into everything she does.

Lori is a Hardin-Simmons graduate who spent most of her career in mortgage lending before transitioning to her current role as a Commercial and Consumer Lending Assistant. Outside of work, she is an active member of Pioneer Drive Baptist Church and a proud mom to her two sons, Aaron (20) and Jared (17). In her free time, Lori loves traveling with her family and catching a relaxing walk whenever she can.

Flor was raised in Montague County. After graduating from Nocona High School, she went straight to work in banking. She has been married to her husband, Marco, since 2001, and they have a son, Andrew. Outside of work, she is actively involved in her church. She enjoys spending time with family, eating good food with friends, going to the movies, shopping, attending concerts, and walking in the park.

Deana was born and raised in Zephyr and Early, TX and later attended Howard Payne University where she pursued a psychology degree and played basketball for the HPU Lady Jackets. She went on to pursue a career in Real Estate and obtained her real estate certification from Texas A&M Commerce. She later transitioned into the Insurance world at Mike-Hall State Farm working in the banking department, Life-Health and P&C. Deana is married to her husband Brandon and they have three amazing children, McKenzie, Justin and Brinlee. Outside of work, Deana enjoys watching her children in all of their activities and events, gardening, vacationing and supporting her son-in-law in his NFL journey. Go L.A. Chargers!

Zander is a student athlete at Hardin-Simmons University. There he plays offensive line on the football team. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family and his dog, Whiskey. He also loves to work out and play video games with his friends!

Born and raised in Abilene, TX, Landry Carlton graduated from Oklahoma State University with a degree in Finance. He plans to continue his education by pursuing a master’s degree in accounting and earning his CPA. When he’s not at the bank, you’ll find him on the golf course, in the deer blind, or out on the lake with friends and family.

With 23 years of banking experience, LaDonna serves as Market President where she is focused on helping individuals, families, and businesses achieve their financial goals through trusted service and strong relationships. She values integrity, teamwork, and community. Outside of work, she’s a country girl at heart who enjoys time with her family, husband and grandkids, along with playing golf, fishing, and going on cruises.

Jami has spent the past 32 years helping neighbors with their banking needs, including the past 25 at current branch where she serves as Assistant Branch Manager and Loan officer. She is a lifelong resident of the area and a native of Old Glory, Texas, so she understands the value of small-town relationships and the importance of being a trusted resource for her customers. Outside the bank, you’ll find her enjoying college football, golf, and the beauty and peaceful pace of rural Texas life.

Hope has two kids including Skylar, and his wife Kayla that gave her the most precious grandson Bridger James, and her daughter Madison. They are all the loves of her life. She enjoys her time off with family and friends, fishing, and floating.

Faby was born and raised in Knox City, TX. She started her banking career on September 11, 2000 at Citizens Bank. She is married to James Vasquez and has two daughters, Laura Carmona (Marcos) and Kelsey Ballard (Dylan), and 5 grandchildren, Marcos, Alondra, Emma, Blakely, and Baylor. Outside of work, she loves to spend time with her family, go fishing, and play golf.

Born and raised in Rotan, Tx. Barbara attended Texas Tech University where she met and married the love of her life, Joe. Wanting to raise their children in a smaller community, they moved to Knox City (Joe’s hometown) in 1981 and purchased the Knox City Florist. They have raised 2 children, Melissa Ellison and Brackston, and were blessed with three grandchildren. After Joe’s death in 2017, and many prayers, the opportunity to work in banking became available. Barbara closed up shop and became part of this wonderful bank family in January 2019. Her favorite pastime is reading. She also serves on various boards within the community which keep her busy.

Her words of advice to the younger generation is to never stop learning!

Born and raised in Mexico, Noelia moved to Texas when she was 12 years old. She has four years of experience in customer service and banking operations, including roles as a bank teller and a new account representative. She enjoys helping customers with the same care, respect and patience that she would want her own family to receive. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and dog. 

Raised in Knox City, Valeria learned the value of community, hard work, and treating people like family. She loves helping others and is grateful to be part of a community bank where relationships come first. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, making memories with her son, and playing pickle ball or volleyball whenever she can. Valeria looks forward to getting to know customers and helping them reach their financial goals.
